0. No Login, No Account, No Permissions

Math Puzzles - Brain Training does not require users to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information. The App does not request or access sensitive permissions such as contacts, location, camera, microphone, storage, or SMS. Only Internet access may be used to load ads or online resources.

No data is collected, stored, or shared by the developer from within the App.

1. Informational Terms (No Acceptance Required)

Math Puzzles - Brain Training does not require users to explicitly accept Terms & Conditions. There is no popup, no checkbox, and no "I Agree" button inside the App. The following Terms are provided only for informational and legal transparency, as required by Google Play policies. By continuing to use the App, you are simply using it under these informational guidelines.

2. App Use

Math Puzzles - Brain Training provides math practice questions and quizzes for learning and practice. The App is provided "as is" and may be updated or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content inside the App — including question sets, UI, icons, graphics, and text — is owned by the developer unless stated otherwise. You may not redistribute or resell the content without permission.

4. User Conduct

Users must not attempt to reverse-engineer, cheat, or manipulate the App. Any attempts to exploit the App may result in permanent blocking.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. Use at your own risk.

6. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated. The latest version will be published here or inside the App. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.

1. Data We Collect

Math Puzzles - Brain Training does not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as name, email, or phone unless you explicitly provide it (for example, when contacting support). The App may store locally on your device: user preferences, progress, and in-app settings.

2. Local Storage

All routine data (settings, high scores, progress) is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to external servers unless you use a feature that explicitly requests it.

3. Ads and Third Parties

If the App displays ads, the ad partners may collect non-personal information for ad targeting per their privacy policies. The developer does not control third-party ad tracking—please review the ad partner's policy.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The App may include analytics tools for crash reporting or usage metrics. These tools collect aggregated, non-personal usage data to improve the App. You can opt out if the App provides that setting.

5. Your Rights

You may request removal of any personal data you provided by contacting the developer at sahvikas96@gmail.com. Since most data is local, uninstalling the App removes most stored data from the device.

6. Changes to Policy

Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
